At Her.thesupermade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
